● Our team follows structured walking and care guidelines to ensure your pet’s safety and happiness.
● All dogs must wear a secure harness and remain leashed at all times; off-leash walks are not permitted.
● We provide water refreshment after walks and towel-dry your pet if they get wet or dirty.
● Our staff is CPR/First Aid certified for pets.
● Any changes in your pet’s health, behavior, or appetite will be reported to you immediately
Timely & Consistent Service
● Our team adheres to scheduled walks and visits, ensuring consistency for your pet.
● Walks and visits provide exercise, stimulation, and companionship beyond bathroom breaks.
● Feeding times and medication administration (if applicable) follow your instructions precisely.
Communication & Updates
● You will receive real-time updates after each visit on Pet Pocketbook, including:
○ A summary of your pet’s walk, mood, and behaviors.
○ High-quality photos and/or short videos.
○ Confirmation of food, water, and other care needs.
● We respond to messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM; emergencies are handled outside of these hours.
Additional Home Care (for Pet Sitting Services)
● Bringing in mail, packages, or newspapers.
● Watering indoor plants.
● Adjusting lights and blinds for home security.
● Ensuring all doors remain locked.
● Overnight dog sitting includes:
○ No pet is left alone for more than four consecutive hours.
○ Night-time walks and bedtime routine adherence.
○ Respecting sleeping preferences (crate, designated room, etc.).
Safety is Our Top Priority
● We remain vigilant of hazards such as traffic, extreme weather, and loose dogs.
● Walks are modified during unsafe conditions.
● No pet is allowed to eat anything off the ground.
● If your pet appears unwell or injured, we will contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if necessary.
