Service Policies & Fees
To ensure smooth scheduling and the highest quality care for all of our clients, please review our service policies below.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service.
- Same-Day General Walk or Visit Cancellation: $10 fee
- Same-Day Overnight Service Cancellation: $100 fee
These fees help cover reserved time that could have been offered to another client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Late Payment Policy
Timely payment allows us to continue providing exceptional care and reliable service.
- $10 per day for late payments
- $25 additional fee applied after one month of non-payment
We encourage prompt payment to avoid additional charges.
Holiday Fee
A $15 holiday service fee will be applied to bookings scheduled on recognized holidays. This ensures our team is fairly compensated for working during special times of the year.
Gratuities
Tips are never required but are always appreciated. If you wish to leave a gratuity, please send it directly to your service provider separately.
