[email protected]. This will allow Toni-Ann to keep her texts clear for all other questions or concerns regarding your appointments and our staff.

Effective February 15, 2025, all payments must be processed through PetPocketBook. We will no longer accept Zelle. Please ensure you have a credit card or bank account on file.

● Late Payment Fees: A $10 per day fee applies for payments over a week late. A $25 per day fee applies for payments over a month late.

● Holiday Fee: There is a $15 additional fee for services during national holidays (Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, etc.) 

● Same-Day Cancellation Fees:

   ○ $10 fee for same-day general walk/visit cancellations.

   ○ $100 fee for same-day overnight stay cancellations. 

● Billing Questions: Direct all billing inquiries to [email protected] to keep text communications clear for scheduling and pet-related updates.

● Medical Administration: We can administer both pills and/or needles to your pet for an additional cost.
